Design Online Site (XCART)

Hi, I am looking for an expert web designer, with a very strong portfolio. I want work someone who is a user interface expert. You should experienced in designing sites with a web 2.0 look and feel. Please send me a link to sites that you have designed. The shopping cart is using X-Cart. There are lots of categories and lots of products, so you will need to take time to think how to arrange the products and how to arrange the menus. If you can find a way to adapt this so that it can handle a lot more products and categories that would be great. 4. I will need a couple of rounds, since I want perfection. Something that we can both be proud of. I want something that is pixel perfect, but also perfect flow and data organization. Please let me know if you are able to write the CSS and HTML as well and whether your quote includes this. Please have a look at the standard xcart templates (I will be using version 4.4).
