Dating Landing Page

I am looking for a skilled graphic & website designer to design and develop a dating website landing page (including original header / logo images) to integrate with an existing backend application. The site will be something similar to [login to view URL] but with unique graphics, logo and signup form (which I will provide). • The new landing page must not to be copied or infringe on copyright.. • All graphics must be original and be high quality. • All code must be valid HTML / CSS Required. • Page must load quickly and not contain any frames / tables • Landing page to contain just 1 signup form – I will provide the code but it must be styled accordingly. • All original source / psd files required. • Landing page must have high quality look and feel. The page will need to be presentable, fast loading, appealing, valid css and html etc. I will need you to design and supply all images and the coding. I have attached the code for the registration form but this will obviously have to be designed also in line with the style of the page. like the site I have provided as an example but using unique images and logo and also using the registration form I have provide.
