Custom Joomla Template - URGENT

Hello all

I have reposted this project because my original provider did not

come through for me

If you can only use 'Artisteer' to create templates DO NOT BID- I can do this my self

and I am very particular about the outcome

I need someone who is able to clean up graphics, code a new Joomla

template, really bring this design to life and create a professional and

functional Joomla template for me

Original Project Discription

I have an urgent project (that should have been done yesterday)

I need a wonderful custom JOOMLA! template made from some awful graphics

provided to me by a client. The logo certainly needs 'cleaning up'

I have all the graphics and a psd file of what I would like the

end result to look like.

I will also need 2 custom module positions and an external link

added to the header area.

I need a lovely job done fast

Budget is low - I have been screwed once already

Explination of the JPEG file

The Header area and logo are my main conserns

- the original logo is an old graphic - as you can see I did a bad job cleaning it up

- I would like the logo to overlap the menu - as indicated

- The black areas are just indications of module positions

- the white areas are where I would like the custom mod' positions

- The headphone design needs to have an external link

I would love some one creative to take this design on, apart from the above points

you have free licence to design.

I have all the graphics in PSD form

I NEED this done REALLY REALLY FAST
