Adjust and import a CSV file to my E-Commerce Website

I need someone to organize a CSV file I already have and then import into my E-Commerce website which is hosted by ekmpowershop, so knowledge of their systems may be helpful. The products are Fancy Dress Costumes.
There will be several required fields for the products but not limited to:
Product Name
Product Category
- Sub Category
- Varients – (colors and sizes etc)
Product Image(s)
Product Price
Product Weight
Product Type
Product Code/SKU
I will supply the person/company with a sample CSV file I pulled off my site so they may adjust the CSV I have from my supplier accordingly. If it is easier to scrape the suppliers website then that is fine as I have the owners permission. If you do not want to scrape the suppliers website then i will provide you with all the product images which you will need to add to the file manager on my website so that a path is created for each image.
I am looking to have this done right away. Please provide examples of your work and indicate that you have read all my points.
