I appreciate YOUR BIDS but only BID IF YOU CAN COMPLETE THIS WORK AND GUARANTEE Minimum 15$+ a day for LONG TERM at least 2 years.

The Niche:

• Should be in technology, health, food, cooking and sport or anything related to these.

No pharma, violence, gambling, adult related content as dictated by adsense rules

• Must contain related images to niche topic

• Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads

• You must research niche, keywords, & a domain name that will attract users and is appropriate for chosen keyword.

• I will buy the domain name according to niche and keywords used and arrange hosting once the parameters are agreed

• My site must be fully operational and on line generating the minimum required amount of cash for me daily with no intervention on my part.

• You will be responsible for design and maintenance.

• Write the SEO optimized content, fully configure and update the website as needed to continue generating at least the minimum long term.

• Websites should be developed in Wordpress.

• Site should have at least 20 to 30 unique article/post that are not published yet.

Payment:

• I will pay the amount of bid only AFTER I see constant income in my AdSense account and receive my first payment. I will hold the payment until this.

• Then I will need to transfer the site to my host and release you the payment. No partial payments, No "milestone payment" please.

• There will be more order to the same winner if I satisfied with the job.

• There will be bonus amount of 200$ to the winner after 6 months of consistent earning from the site.

. When conditions have been met successfully, you will be paid in full.

Requirements:

• An approved AdSense account - it will be your job first to get my AdSense account approved.

• Only white hat, You MUST follows Google AdSense rules and regulations.

• Website or AdSense must have 100% Organic traffic clicks. No bots automated or traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, NO Black Hat, Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic generate clicks on website. And you must tell me how you direct and increase traffic to the website.

• I should be earning daily without any work from my side

• All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing

• Have my Google Analytics plug-in installed and linked to the same Google account as AdSense

• Show me the proof of income after 30 days of launching a website, day by day statics to be provided: Unique Visitor, Unique clicks, ad clicked, text-ads clicked.

• Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created and are being profitable.
