Build e-commerce site in CMS, Photoshop layouts supplied

I'm a web designer, seeking a CMS expert to build an e-commerce SEO website which I'll provide brief, wireframes and Photoshop files for. The site is an e-commerce site where all the products have the same features e.g. Title, description, image, style type, colours (many each item), keywords etc. There will also be profiles and events on the site, and I’m looking for a result which is fast, usable and definitely not amateurish. Think of asos.com. I'll also need several other back-end admin pages e.g. where I accept or decline subscribers (it's elite), subscribers submit the items for sale with full details and image, I accept or decline the item and it's automatically then added to the site products. A buyer will search the site based on size, colour, keyword (from description perhaps), search results are shown and navigable, add to cart, usable cart process. I'd like live updating delivery based on customer postcode which may require advanced hosting package - I need advice and assistance on that. A notification is then sent to the subscriber to send the item bought to the customer. I’m looking for as much automation as possible i.e. automatic payments to subscriber once item is confirmed received un-damaged by customer, but that may be in phase2. There will also be some complex work involved in syncing up with a logistics company, and many back-end admin pages and complex programming involved. Don’t underestimate the complexity involved. We will need to work together to wireframe / design the back end, but front-end wireframes are designed. You must be a fluent english speaker and a good communicator. This site will initially be Australia wide but may be increased to many other countries if successful. You must be able to link up this site with a logistics company website.
