Development of a software with multiple and complex functions.

Download google earth, but instead of planet earth the main view/window is Norway. On this 3D view of Norway there will be 50-70 marks (red dots or something) that indicates 50-70 institutions across the country. These institutions must be accessible one by one, contain alot of various data, and have the possibility to have data added/edited or deleted by 1 user. The software we are creating must have the possibility for many (1000+) users, and with a few different levels of authority. There will be tasks with and without deadlines, alarms, color change when task is over due set on a x amount of min. As the software is intended to have many users spread across the country, it will always be online and the level of security have to be extremely high. Data registered in this software must be saved online and create an x amount of backups on a given time, all the time. We also have to create the software in a way that it is easy(at least possible) to add extra functions in the future, but this we will discuss in time. Atm, I have no Idea about how long this could take or which personnel I need, but I know it is alot of work and that I need a team. Personally I have stopped working and I sold my inheritance back to my father for 1/10 of its value. It was not hollywood money, but it would have been a very nice house, a ferrari and perhaps a small family house. Worthless crap compared to the level of importance of this software. I will create a Company firstcoming Monday 01/8-13 , this company will be your employer during the project. In order to create this according to my specific demands, and for a better teamwork, I demand that all people who joins me relocate to Norway (Stavanger) for the duration of the project. We will be working from a newly renovated (or completely new) office which have more then enough of all we need, and not far (max 20 min) from the place you will sleeping. When the team is selected you are free to agree between each other where to sleep. The plane ticket over here, the food (3 meals) and your sleep will of course be paid for. Plane ticketwill be paid for in advance. In respect of the project and what it stands for, the people willing to relocate and be apart of something, I want to give all employees the exact same salary. Regardless of origin or skills they contribute with. This is of course a small dream from my side, I will of course adapt and make the decision necessary to start and complete the task.
