I am trying to accumulate cell phone numbers of specific locations (E.g. Alberta, Vermont, etc...)

I had a guy who found a way to scrape all non-business Facebook phones, which logically are mostly cellphones, but unfortunately he's not around anymore and his software couldn't do geo-specific searches (E.g. by location or area code).
If someone is able to find me a way to accumulate a very copious amount of geo-specific cellphone numbers, I will share a % of the estimated revenue that those phones will generate.
We're talking a couple thousands.
1) Do you have or can you make a software that will scrape copious amounts of valid, non-business, geo-specific (via area code or location), cellphone numbers?
2) Is it multi-threaded?
3) Can we work on future upgrades?

Hello, well in short i do have a software that can scrape phone numbers and mobile phones depending on area codes etc but the non-business criteria seems a bit off unless you can guide me to some directories or websites that have such numbers, looking forward to work for you!

No I don't have but I can think of some strategies to retrieve such data. Of course I can implement them.

Product will be multithreaded(if needed for better performance, internet connection will be most likely the bottleneck)

Hi, I am student looking for some larger project, I suggest to get the phone numbers from the social networks(not only the facebook). There may be implemented geo-location data-mining for those users that have published their phone numbers.
