Adult Website Promotion / Traffic Generation

The job is to promote an adult tube site (with a focus on the amateur/homemade niche). The campaign consists of an SEO part and the generation of a good a mount of real, organic, clicked traffic. Blackhat SEO or any other stuff that could get the site banned or penalized on Google is absolutely not allowed. Experience with Google penalties and how to avoid them is very welcome! Please bid only if you have some experience with this and can provide a record of successfully completed web promotion projects. Also bidders are asked to provide a detailed list about what they plan to do to promote the site. (Which SEO techniques will you use? How do you want to generate traffic? Where will the traffic be coming from? How much traffic do you think you will be able to generate? etc.)
