Bring 1000 Free Subscribers to Divorce Site

I have a free divorce site where a lady speaks of her divorce experience and says that people may sign up to be notified when her site is fully ready with free books and articles. Currently, the conversion ratio of visitors to free email signups is excellent. I want someone to provide relevant subscribers to my free site. I would like 1000 signups, but I would also like to hear how much it would be for batches of 50/100/500/1000/5000/10000 free email subscribers (THEY MUST BE INTERESTED IN THE DIVORCE/SAVING MARRIAGE/INFIDELITY TOPIC). I will give you a webpage to send the visitors to that will track every free signup you send and it will also be able to monitor where the signups came from. The referring links must be related to divorce in some way. In other words, Don't Cheat Me, because I will Know! Please give me a price, a length of time, and how you plan on promoting the site. If you plan on sending emails to attract visitors, I will need to see the email to make sure it isn't bad or will get anyone in trouble.
