Need a resource to work on a project for a period of 4-6 months at our client site at pune, India. The following skills,experience and expertise need to be there :
• 4-8 years of experience in Enterprise telecom / contact center technology with minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in testing environment
• Should have very good understanding on IPT, IPCC and Contact Center Technology primarily Cisco UCC/ UCCE/ UCCX/ Unity/ PG / Call manager/ Voice Gateway s / ICM/ CVP/ CAD etc..
• Should have good Voice Telecom experience , VoIP technology, which include SIP & H.323 protocols, data switching products (L2 , L3 switches & routers), QoS for voice will be an added advantage.
• Sound understanding of test setup and environment is a must
• Exposure to Loggers and Dialers such as Verint / NICE/ ASPECT / Rostrvm Dialers will be an added advantage
• Sound understanding of TELECOM, switching Technologies
• Exposure to International client facing functions
• Good verbal /written Skills
• Strong technical understanding of CISCO ICM / CVP/ Unity / CCM/
• Sound knowledge on contact center call flow which include ICM scripting and IVR
• Should have sound technical debugging skills.
• Must have worked in Testing Tools such as HP Quality Center
• Ability to translate technical documents in to customer facing test cases with the expected results
• Ability to determine test conditions and scripts from Business Requirement document with a good understating of risk based testing methodology
• Proficiency in performing Functional Test and Test Preparatory work
• Should be capable of delivering good Customer experience /satisfaction.
• Strong English proficiency (written and verbal), with highest level of Accent Neutralization.
• Awareness of SDLC (Software Life Cycle ) process with ISTQB certification will be an added advantage
• Determine the positive and negative functional and non-functional test condition that are applicable to the specific solution / project from various technical documents such as HLD / LLD /BRD etc. and upload the same in Quality Centre for testing
• Perform test from the determined functional / non-functional test conditions such as check the call flow / input incorrect details and make sure the relevant error message is generated
• Should keep track of lessons learnt on other projects to ensure that any key lessons are applied to the test cases / conditions for the project.
• Determine re-usability of test scripts in Quality Centre by reviewing similar earlier projects
• Produce the test script including all steps required to complete a particular test condition, by using the Low Level Design to determine the steps and the expected results for each test step. Once test script may satisfy multiple test conditions.
• Create a directory structure on QC, which is defines the relevant project, e.g. split into Phases or deliveries.
and import all requirements in to QC
• Load all Test scripts into QC and link them to test lab / schedule and requirements traceability.
• Perform peer / SME review to take feedback with sufficient detail and incorporate the same
• Co-ordinate with customer to review / validate the test scripts and handover to Onshore Test Specialist for execution

Many thanks for the opportunity provided to bid for the project. I happen to be a CCIE voice engineer and have experience configuring the setup for Cisco Voice infrastructure for above 2500 users. Infrastructure included the Cisco Call Manager, Unity , voice gateways , QOS local transcoders, switching.
Further happen to have experience with Voice loggers like Verint.
