Customize our Access database to successfully print off to our label printer => OK, can you share your existing database. Where do you set or specify the no of labels ? is there a input box for the same ? 2. We currently have an old piece of software which we use as an ERP and CRM system. The software was written around 2003 on Microsoft Access. Within this software we have an option to print off labels for products we sell. => OK, we do have Access 2003, and Windows Xp Sp3. 3. The current problem is that when using this software is we specify to print off 10 labels it prints off 2, if we ask 20 it prints off 4. It always prints off 20% of what we ask for. => OK, I need to reproduce your error. I quickly check for Zebra S4M printer, its 2inch industrial barcode printer. 4. We know the printer is setup correctly as we have successfully printed through the printer software 10+ labels at a time as a test. We have also printed off labels on an A4 piece of paper to our other printer which had worked. The problem seems to be specifically with access and this one label printer. => OK, then, it may be a problem in the Access code. Hello, are the labels built on top of a query? This seems like the query is programmed to only return 20% of the results (you can do that with access) Easily fixed- can you send through your database please? if this is the issue it will take like 5 min to fix.
