Hello, if i'm getting you right you would like to have a VBScript to check registry values. Is your plan to run the VBScript going to be created as a scheduled job to check the integrity of your registry values? If so then i'd suggest you to get the tool implemented as a WindowsService. Using windows services is always more comfortable and easy to maintain than running scheduled tasks. Moreover a windows service is always having results from its previous ran's result as it runs continously in computery memory. Of course a WindowsService can implement the periodical check of registry values like you described in your project's description. This is how i'd implement it for you: - you'd get the fully commented source code (C#.NET) of the WindowsService in VisualStudio2013 solution (.sln) format - i'd provide you with the application and its XML-config file where you'd be able to set the values pairs of registry keys and their correct value and you could have a configuration setting for the intervals between each check (in seconds) - at each periodical check the WindowsService would iterate over its config file's registry keys and their correct vaule pairs and if incorrect values found it could alert you let's say by email I hope you like my ideas, if so pls. don't hesitate to contact me for further discussion!
