A list of some databases I built are. ASCL database for Major Hospital in OKC. A scheduling program for the anesthesia department for a Major Hospital in OKC. HI, Access and Excel VBA expert here, I offer you access application with very user friendly forms having functionalities like auto filling easy data selection through dropdowns, these forms will be for performing data operations and also other functions like selecting the data criteria for generation of the reports, the user interface structure of the application will be such that there will be a single Home form and all the other forms can be loaded on this main Home form through button clicks to access their functionality.
