Access Customer invoicing and quoting System

I need an access developer to quickly and efficiently develop an access database with a graphical interface that has separate pages to cater for customer details, quoting section to quote customers, invoicing section to invoice customers, inventory section to house inventory items, timesheet housing to hold day labourers timesheets, and in turn take those timesheet additions and attach it to a specific contract that is on going. This customer is a painting company and has many different projects or contracts progressing simultaneously. each contract has a foreman managing it, and each foreman has day labourers working for him, each day labourer gets paid a weekly wages depended on how many house he pout into the project. so each labourer time spent needs to be attached to a contract in order for analysis and business intelligence to be produced from each contract. such as, if the allocation of a project is ZAR100k, and the project has taken ZAR150k of inventory items together with labourers wages then contract needs to be flagged and reported to the managers in order for resolution. all of this needs to happen from within the access, so the access system needs and user friendly interface, with reporting, and user management so each transaction can be tracked. I would prefer the database to present itself to the user in his way: Landing page: menu to other links somewhere as well as immediate reporting on current contracts/ Graphs, and insights Customer Page: houses customer details records, where users with appropriate access can add and edit client details. Contracts: employees need to be able to add and edit contracts on this page, and also the ability to convert a quotation into a contract, therefore o open the project and begin assigning resources to it such as man hours from labourer timesheets, and inventory items. The also needs to be a place to add an amount, as to determine whether the project is ahead of schedule or behind, eg: if the project is quoted at ZAR100 for phase one, and the project completion rate is 2 weeks, then at the end of the first week, an admin person captures all the wages of the labourers and inventory items utilised on the project against the project, and it is ZAR80k, then they are ZAR30K over budget and the project needs to be flagged and managers notified. Information from the contracts section needs to be graphed an reported on the main page as dashboard information. Quotes: employees can create quotes on this page per customer, and attach items to it that are added in the inventory section, such as labour and paint etc. Invoicing: needs to be able to compile and send invoices to customers. Timesheets: employees will enter manually , timesheets for foreman, and labourers against a contract. Inventory: needs to be able to add/ edit/delete items such as labour codes, paint, paint brushes etc. Reporting: needs to be able to select an pull specific reports, such as contracts, item movement, customer spending, labourer wages etc. Admin: admin assets, such as adding/ editing users, permissions etc. I need the system built relatively quickly. I believe it is a simple enough task to achieve, I simply do not have the time.
