This should be a small, fairly easy project for anyone familiar with microsoft access.
I will provide the necessary tables and the forms all set up- I need someone to "connect" it and make it work! You will be able to change the forms as needed, but I figured providing them will give you a starting point and make it easier.
This database is to enter complaints and comments received from customers and then how those complaints or comments were resolved.
I can then make reports that we need later- I just am spending too much time trying to get everything working properly and I am not making enough per hour to mess with it anymore! Visual Basic/Microsoft Access are not my strong points!
Would also like info about making this database accessible online- interested in how much work that part would entail.
