Converting an German VB5 Application to .NET C# with DevExpress Controlls

Converting an German VB5 Application to .NET C# (Winform not WPF, with DevExpress XPO, DevExpress Layout Manager Controls, DevExpress Richtext Editors Controls, DevExpress DataGrid Controls, DevExpress SNAP Controls, DevExpress Reporting Controls, DevExpress Charting Controls, DevExpress Ribbon Controls) The program and the description is only in German available, its not possible for us to translate this. The new version should be localize, we will translate this later. We need someone how is able to migrate an application VB5 to .NET C# (Winform) with DevExpress. For the data communication it has to be XPO. The old program is working with Microsoft Access 97 over DAO, the new version should work with Microsoft Access 2007 and SQL Server Express. The old program has 82 Forms (some are really easy with only one grid and a button, some are complex). We are searching for someone how is able to look in the old source code and into the database. The layout should be nearly the same as the old version - but a lot more modern and with devExpress Controls. The code-structure and data-structure should be optimized in the new version, but there has to be a converter tool to get the old data in the new program. We will pay after successful mile stones. We need the source codes. We own paid project part after each paid mile stone. If it working fine we have some more projects which will work similar.
