Convert a VB6 Software to C# - repost

I need to convert an entire stand alone project done in VB6 with Visual componets Formula One and First Impression to C # language. The project has class, modules, forms, own controlers and XML files (Total of 380 files). The software has not data base connection, the I/O are from formated files mostly.
