Just as a background, I have previously worked in the call center industry as a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative. I have handled several mediums to communicate with our customers, ranging from email, chat, phone and even as a moderator on forums. Using these mediums, I handle proper investigation, reproduction of the issue, providing solutions as well as compensation for the inconvenience our customer go through.
Although I've handled different ways to communicate with customers, I believe that my best lies in handling chat and email, due to the amount that I've spent using those support mediums. Previously, I was a Tier 2 Customer Service Representative, handling live chat and email tickets for Zynga games in Facebook. This experience has sharpened my skills to properly connect with customers through written communication.
I'd also like to assure you that I have the proper computer specifications and Internet connection that would be needed for the job. Furthermore, besides a desktop computer as my primary workstation, I have a backup laptop. In regards with Internet connection, I'm currently subscribed to 2Mbps DSL connection and I have a backup 4G USB broadband that reaches up to 7Mpbs.
