I have over 10 plus years experience in video production (primarily post-production). My editor of choice is Adobe Premiere. My computer is capable of handling any type of video I throw at it so rendering/exporting times are not a concern here. My time the next few days are free and clear so I can turn this around with time to spare. I would have a rough cut to you by tomorrow for review then we could do a final video the following day (or end of day tomorrow). I'm based in the US but have worked on projects in the past with other Indian companies.

I'm fairly new on this website but I have a lot of experience working on videos. Message me if you are interested to see my past work, and to be honest you are going to overpay people if you give them more than $250.
