I need two videos created. They will both be placed in the beginning of a PowerPoint presentation, and thus the finished product will need to be compatible with PowerPoint. The goal is to play them simultaneously, side-by-side.
One video is to map population growth in Texas from 2000-2020. It could be as simple as bubbles growing in size.
The second video is to show explosions/bursts across Texas representing solar installations over time. After each explosion, a dot should remain on the map showing where it took place. The video does not need to be based on real data, but should be realistic (I can provide more information on where the explosions/dots should be placed and at what rate). This second video should resemble the DOE's OpenPV NREL time-map (linked below), except it will be focused on Texas only and can be even simpler than the DOE map:

For someone with the right skills, this project should not be very difficult nor time-intensive. We need the project complete by this Wednesday, or Thursday at the latest.
As for pay - It can be fixed price or hourly, with possible bonus if completed successfully in a timely fashion.
An experienced and skilled video producer and editor with the relevant experience for your project,
We have enclosed further details about our proposal in your Personal Message. We would be glad if you could review it.
