I have many years experience delivering this type of Video, for this project a combination of animation & motion type would seem appropriate, I take it you want something with a bit of pace thats engaging and educational, I would like to know a bit more about who the intended audience is and some idea on length, typically these sort of projects end up at about 1 min 30, which is about the max time some one will stay engaged. With all the assets I believe I could deliver this project with in 7 days, being on the other side of the world means I work while you sleep! and you get results over night.
