The requested video stream will be generated and saved on disk. .NET DirectShow libraries will be employeed, and bluring, transparency and animation will be added to the images. The video stream will be rendered on screen or on a file on disk. All the code will be in C sharp.

I can give you the source code and a fully customizable software component which you can plug into any .NET program and display the transition effect.
