I need a video done with voice and possible animation. I have pictures in Jpeg that i want to use for illustration. Now this video presentation has to be done professionally....i want to get financial backers for this project so the person who will work on this presentation will put everything i want on the video. i want the video at least 2 minutes long with all the specification from me.
1. I will pay initial milestone to start the project.
2. will pay the balance after the project is accepted by me.
3. i will need to see your portfolio as to what you have done in the past.
4. must be willing to make this Happen ASAP and have the knowledge to work with JPEG files and convert them into Videos with voice and animation.
5. Someone who can finish the project ASAP
