Transcription and Translation of Spanish Lyrics in a Song, Very Short

I need to have someone transcribe and translate a very short part of a song, which is sung in Spanish. The music is only 4 seconds long; you can hear it in the file I have attached to this job posting. Also, in case you want to hear the whole song, you can hear exactly the same Spanish part of the song in this YouTube video: [login to view URL] if you go to the 3:00 minute mark in the song. The whole song is in English except for the 4 seconds of the song starting at the 3:00 minute mark. Here are the deliverables I need from this project: 1. Please transcribe, in Spanish, the Spanish lyrics in that 4 seconds of the song. 2. Please also translate those Spanish lyrics into English for me. I need this job done by January 5.
