This project requires somebody who can translate 63 pages of chinese to english. The person must be a native chinese speaker, ideally with some knowledge of aviation. Ideally the person lives in china, since the document references official chinese agencies which must be correctly named in english.
the winning bidder will get a doc. the first 3 pages or so are general information - please translate these as is.
the other 60 or so pages are multiple choice questions. you must carefully translate the questions and the answer choices.
you can return the work in any reasonable format - doc, excel, txt file, whatever. the important thing is that the translations are correct.
