Chinese/English Fluent Translator for Tech Mobile Translation Expert

Hi, I am looking for someone who is an expert or very fluent in Chinese and English to help me with email exchange conversations in Chinese, these are probably more "tech" exchanges, but nothing complicated. I can hire someone on Fiverr for $5 for 600 words, but I prefer to pay a bit more, discuss rates and have the person available on Skype and to be able to immediately do the translation (no down time). The words aren't a lot, MAX would be 300-400 words, usually the words will only be around 150 etc... I also need the person to have Skype and be available, or at least do the request in a day (not too much to ask). Please message me if you are interested. Thanks Steven
