Data Entry (Chinese and English Language) Locations

We have a list of around 65 locations we need to enter into our system.
We need someone who can read Chinese and English fluently because its location data, you need to know how to make sense of it. If you are not sure, please read the power point/PDF for detail instructions.
Please review our Powerpoint/PDF first before you submit your bid.
We need the work to be delivered in 4 days (around 15-20 locations per day)
Milestones will be set at every every 15 locations.
In your PM reply, please indicate the number of fields you have to enter for each location to prove that you have read the Powerpoint/PDF attachment before you place your bid.
