I have a website that I'm selling, basically selling leads for profit. I have a sales script from the last company I worked at and I need it to be re-worded/copywrited.... its 4 pages worth of material... this will be our first project to start on a small scale... then we will work on a larger scale with a full scritp for a second project

I have a website that I'm selling, basically selling leads for profit. I have a sales script from the last company I worked at and I need it to be re-worded/copywrited.... its about 5-10 pages long with a bunch of great pitches.

I'm looking to work with someone long-term with this.... possibly a $1000-$5,000 job/reward.

For now, I'll see what kind of bids come through, and I will give you a sample pitch and see how good you are.

"What we do is put together a tailored marketing campaign for each individual agent that we work with. So what happens is, you choose, depending on availability, what zip codes you want me to generate business in. Now, this is important. I put together a campaign on every major search engine on the internet, as well as over 100 different websites like [[url removed, login to view]][1], [[url removed, login to view]][2], [[url removed, login to view]][3], things of that nature. We use banner ads, pay-per-click advertisements, and quite frankly, I KNOW we have the best internet optimization team in the country. We also have ways to get targeted natural search engine optimization, and that’s a difficult, difficult thing to do.

- Now, I’m not in the marketing department… I wish I was I’d be making a lot more money (lol). But keep in mind ___, our website is [[url removed, login to view]][4] but the name of our company is COMPANY NAME SOLUTIONS. And what we do is own and power a ton of different websites. We do marketing for pretty much every business in the country. Large and small. We have websites for doctors, lawyers, lenders, movers, real estate. So we have a huge network of websites that all generate cross over traffic for each other. Now, just so you completely understand ___, Internet Marketing is a very diverse and complicated mix of tactics and procedures.

- My company, has hired expert teams that invest the time and effort to understand your targeted geo-market. Not just what demographic segment they fall into. But exactly what type of person they are… where they shop… what sites are most used in your area… and they have all these different strategies. And these strategies are represented in a combination of an abundance of internet marketing services. Alright ___, and these are services that are designed to meet and exceed your goals. When we work together, I will be providing you with real-time qualified, exclusive to you only patented referrals. And ___, I know I have the knowledge to get your agency to the next level and actually reach your agency’s FULL potential. All I need you to do is sell them your product, which is what you do best... you understand that right?"

**1. MY JOB AS YOUR EMPLOYEE**

- My job as your employee is to make sure that you're completely satisifed with every aspect of the program. It even says in our agreement that I’m mandated to contact you at least once every two weeks. In the beginning, I will probably do so a little more than that just to make sure that you're getting a steady stream of referrals, to make sure that you're closing policies, and so you can tell me exactly what's working and what's not working this way I can maximize my efforts in the areas where you're closing the most business.

- ___, my goal throughout the __ months is to generate you so much new business and help you make so much money that you decide to re-new your contract when the __ months expire, and sign on for more time more zip codes.

- Let's check out some zip codes and see what zip codes are still available. What zip codes would you be interested in ___?

**2. BUILDING A BOOK OF RESIDUAL BUSINESS**

- The same way that you build a book of residual business with people who need insurance, I build a book of residual business with the insurance agents that I help close more policies. My job is to make sure that you make a return on your investment. I don't get paid much for opening a new account, and I don't open too many new accounts. The way I make my money is when you add zip codes to the account and from renewals. So, I'm going to do everything in my power to make sure that you make a return on your investment as quickly as possible, you buy more zip codes, and you let me help you make more money for the next five years. Like I said before, I will be in contact with you at least once every two weeks to make sure that you're closing policies. I have a book of business about 170 agents total all over the map. My average captive insurance agent closes anywhere between 50 and 70 percent of the referrals that we send them.

- Alright ___, you always have to remember with us you're getting a consumer that comes to the site when they're looking for insurance already, spends the time to answer every question on the application, when they're done, they know exactly who you are, they know that you're going to call them back within a business day, and then we make it as easy as possible for you to close. We send it to you in real time and it's guaranteed to be exclusive. That's the key word, you're the only insurance agent who gets that referral.

- What I'm looking for is just one opportunity to prove myself and my company to you on a small scale of __ zip codes for __ months. ___, give me one chance and there's no way I'll let you down. You will reap the rewards ten-fold.

3. VIRAL MARKETING (THIS NEEDS TO BE SHORTENED)**

I've literally, taught hundreds upon hundreds upon hundreds of people all over the internet how to become successful. I've created a whole empire based around viral marketing.

I'm most well known for internet marketing and viral marketing. They're kinda my specialty. I've devoted a lot of time and energy in studying those and in the past it's what I've learned as I teach my customers how to use those tools to build their own businesses, which is what it's all about.

My company is Fast Track Business Solutions. We've created over 50 products and services in the past 4 years. We work with hundreds of businesses and we get tons of traffic to our websites.

We like to do things as automatically as possible. In other words, we like to put things on kind of an auto-pilot system. I'm gonna share with you what we call the auto-growth system. And it's really the ultimate completely free, advertising tool... in my opinion. And with it we've been able to grow businesses without really, alot of effort on our part. Ya know, we don't BUY advertising. And yet we continue to work with more and more businesses, the websites sell, and really grow the business on it's own. I know that sounds too good to be true... but it really is. We haven't bought a single ad in over three years.... and yet it if you look at our list of businesses and the lexar rankings, we're gettin' alot of action with this system, even though it's completely free. Um, we kinda stumbled upon it as we were tweaking things and experimenting with online business, we kind of stumbled upon some keys, um, that have allowed us to build this auto-pilot system that we're gonna talk about today.

There are three keys, that we will use to make your business successful. These three keys are fairly simple, and we'll just go right ahead and get started with key number one, and I think key number one to build any business online is this. Everything that we do must work towards getting people onto the website. Everything that we do must work towards getting people onto the website. Ya know, it's no big secret that getting people onto the website is critical, to success in business at any level. And yet very few people, even though some are experiencing some success, do this as well as they should. I think what we do is approach your business where everything that we do online, works towards getting you as many people as possible onto the site. And I'm talkin about EVERYTHING. It's really a priority in everything that we do.

Key number two, it builds right along that... is this... everything that we do online works towards cross-promotion. Let me just say that again, everything that we do online works towards cross-promotion. Now as our business grows, um, with more businesses, and affiliate program offers that we promote, more website rights, more of these marketing viruses that we're gonna talk about today, um more free materials, more products, services, partnerships... um more offers basically. We make sure to effectively cross promote everything that we do. Um, I'll give you an example here to kind of explain to you the process. Somebody arrives at our website, and what do they do, let's say they're at the insurance site and they request a type of insurance that you offer.

Obviously what we do, with our systems and how well we advertise and put things together, and how we.....cultivate everything, will determine the income from that. So, they submit an application for Auto insurance, then on your Thank You page also known as your customized one page site, those pages promote other services that we have to offer, maybe it's a website for doctors or lawyers, other industries that we're working with, and then when they get to those sites, they start signing up and requesting for a different service or other services we offer, other systems that we might have available. And then when they get involved in that chain of events, they go to yet another series of different websites or services, products, referrals, reports, ya know, all these different things cross-promote each other. Now I know that may sound kinda complicated without seeing, like a diagram of the whole thing. But the idea here is to make certain that everything that we offer online makes references to everything else that we offer in one way or another. Which in turn, makes references to other things that we offer, and it continues through this cross-promotion cycle. Ya know, the perfect situation ____, is one of which our marketing continues to be placed in front of our contact's eyes on a regular basis and our contact's are ultimately exposed to everything that we offer online.

So what we're doing is daisy chaining everything that we have. We're creating essentially, a marketing mesh... a marketing mesh or a web as I like to call it. Wherever they are online, once we get them into this cross-promotion system, they're going to find [url removed, login to view], one way or another, because each portion of our business is going to refer them to another portion of it, and so the cycle continues. But everything that we do fits together strategically to move our contacts from one offer to the next, one service to the next, one site to the next, sooner or later they have the opportunity to do business with us, on every level that we offer.

Let's bring it up to key number three. Key number three to building a successful business online is this. Everything that we do works towards viral growth. Let me repeat that, everything that we do works towards viral growth. What I mean by that is we make sure to set in motion a marketing virus. We'll talk about that another time, it automatically grows your business for you. Basically, on the strength of other people's efforts and other people's resources, they basically pass on your message, or in this case, your website for you. Now imagine your business growing larger and more profitable, every single day. Imagine your influence, your name, your offers, your business, spreading in really ever-widening circles across the internet. Ya know, imagine other people bringing in your customers, your prospects, your sales, and your profits for you. Ya know, and that cycle continues to spread all over the web until there are literally, hundreds and hundreds of folks, all growing your business for you. Now there are very few people that experience that kind of viral growth. But it's not because of lack of opportunity, regardless of who you are or what you're doing online, you CAN grow your business automatically through viral marketing. But it's gonna take you applying these proven strategies and principles here that we're talking about, to your overall business plan. Everything that you do must work towards growing virally. We strategically set up ways, for your business, to get you more people that need insurance. And we'll talk more about that another time, I'm not gonna talk too much about it right now.

What I want you to understand is, viral growth isn't something that you should try from time to time or try to figure out down the road. It's something that needs to be built into everything that you do online. Everybody is on the internet, so you want to be in as many places as possible!! You need to be thinking about viral growth. Viral marketing needs to be part of it all.

The beauty of these three keys that we're talking about here ____ is this. Each key works in harmony with the other two. They all work together to maximize the results of the other two. Ya know, when we work with more businesses, we have more opportunities to launch these marketing viruses, and to cross-promote all of our different services. And when our marketing grows virally, people automatically visit the sites and we're able to do more cross-promotion automatically. And of course when we cross-promote our marketing viruses grow. So it's all one big funnel, and they all work together in harmony. But I think those keys are critical, and I think the most important key is this viral marketing because once you have it in motion, getting people onto the site and cross-promoting all of our services, that can basically be done automatically. Um, so those are the three keys that we will use to build your business online and I think that they're really the heart of any good business model on the internet.

Some people really don't understand it, some people think they know what viral marketing is, but they all have different definitions. I just wanna make sure we're both on the same page here. Let me really define what viral marketing is. To put things in very basic terms, viral marketing is nothing more than word of mouth advertising. Ya know, offline we call it word of mouth. Online it's referred to as viral marketing. It's basically digital or electronic word of mouth advertising. Now the idea here is simple. Viral marketing is any kind of strategy umm, that utilizes one person passing on a marketing message to other people, who in turn pass it on to other people who continue to spread that message, umm expendentially (all over the place).... umm, I think it was Steve Jervenson and umm, and Tim Draper, umm... there usually credited for coining that phrase viral marketing um... back in 97 I believe it was, after hotmail was formed and they experienced that hyper growth.
