I have carried out similar building concept drawings for many project buildings. As understood from the requirement, Concept arrangement of one floor plan and one elevation of a single story showing concept of wall cladding, concept of window pane, concept of entrance lobby and and concept of roof cladding. It is assumed that building is located in a place where variation of out side temperature is not extreme. It is assumed that normal reinforced concrete and glazing materials will be considered along with normal insulation as per standard practice. Draft concept will be submitted for employer comments. After comments received from employer and discussion on the comments, final concept will be submitted.
