Thank you for contacting us back!
As we can see, you currently have Google Apps MX records setup for your domain attractive-rd.com. The thing is that such configuration is required in case you have a separate Google Apps email account for xxxxxxxxxxxx directly with Google. Unfortunately, as per our check, there is no account xxxxxxxxxxxx at Gmail's side at this time. In case you have a separate email account for xxxxxxxxxxxx directly with Gmail, you may need to contact them in order to investigate the issue deeper and find out why the emails are being rejected by their server.
In case you do not have a separate account for xxxxxxxxxx directly with Gmail, you may also configure email routing using our server in order to send and receive emails in your cPanel webmail. In order to do it you will need to change the MX records from Google ones to [url removed, login to view] and switch the Email Routing to Local Mail Exchanger. It can be done in your cPanel account by following these steps:
- log in to your cPanel account,
- go to Email section,
- click on MX Entry,
- select your domain name [url removed, login to view],
- under Email Routing menu please select Local Mail Exchanger and click Change.
After that please scroll down to MX Records, delete the records for [url removed, login to view] and add a new MX record with the following values:
Once it is done, please allow it about 30 minutes for the new settings to take effect. After that the emails should start routing to our server properly.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us back any time.
