I have been working in IT support services for the past 16 years and have gained great experience in technical support of: - Windows Servers (2003, 2008, 2012); - Windows Desktops (XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8), - Office (any version); - Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Terminal services, group policy management, remote print I have knowledge of Internet Firewall and Ethernet switching in a business environment; Virtual Server experience (Hyper-V/VmWare) (AD 2003 Server migration to VMWare); Proficiency in: GP's, Basic TCP/IP switching, routing and firewalling knowledge, security and AV/Malware applications (SEP 12.0, KIS) in an enterprise environment. I am an MCP in "Managing and Maintaining Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Environment", year 2007. I worked well in a team at all my jobs. I am sociable and can work well with end users.
