Custom Search, Advertising and Social Membership Engine

This is a very complex project, wont give to many details except that it must be open source made via php, C++, MySql, Database work, Data Mining, Algorithms for search engine like Google, CheckOut Bankroll/ payment System, member accounts, email server to provide free email accounts like Gmail, integrated with all social sites like facebook, myspace, linked in, etc etc to extract information, electronic forms/ agreements, complete graphic design work, logos, video broadcasting/ streaming, text, banner and video based ad system similiar to google adsense except more complex, etc etc. We have a complete package availabe to be presented on this project, will walk project manager with designers through the whole process, we know what we want!!! We are looking to hire a company whom has a large staff and the capabilities in efficiently making, creating, developing, copyrighting, implementing our concept and vision into reality and publishing...
