I'm a biostatistician working both at Johns Hopkins in USA and at Technical University of Denmark. Currently I'm in Denmark. I have an extensive publication track record in bioinformatics (+60 papers on pubmed, search Lasse Folkersen) and experience with supervision of several master's students and one PhD-student. I am not in Warsaw, but Copenhagen is not too far and I could travel some days, and perform other work through Internet. Obviously I'll need more details on this before comitting!

I have tremendous experience in biostatistics , Machine learning and their application in the analysis of health care data including Proteomics, Genomics, Transcriptomics, metabolomics. I have stood in below 100 ranks in 5 top national level examinations in my country in life sciences. I have 7 years experience in biology subjects. I also have a on the diagnosis of oral cancers using Raman spectroscopy and PC-LDA modelling. I have done several projects in multivariated data analysis, Microarray data analysis ,Mass spectrometry data analysis. Hypothesis testing of clinical data,Pharmacovigilace and translational medicine. I have very good analytical and critical thinking skills which would be useful in any project. I have expertise in R, bioconductor , matlab, and excel. I am looking for a long term job in this field .
