I have created a Word form from my PC (Windows) with a submit button. The Form is for members of our staff to complete and submit, and depending on their staff role the form will submit to one of three email addresses, The email address to which the form is submitted to is dependent on a drop down box where the user defines their role within the organisation. I have all of the elements that I need, but it will not work and so it needs slight adjustment. It is not going to take more than half an hour and I don't have a large budget so please only contact me if you think you can look at the coding and spot where I have gone wrong. Thank you. Tina.
