The purpose: I want to be able to define for a given file the number of times it can be copied.
A few things to consider:
* After the number of times that the file can be copied have been defined, you won't be able to change it as it defies the purpose.
* Let's say I'm the owner of the file, and now want to burn it to a CD and sell it, but don't want the buyer to now be able to spread it among all his friends so I define the file in the CD to be copyable 5 times.
Now BOB purchased the CD, he can now copy it to 5 locations (say, a flash drive, an MP3 player, his phone, his computer and his laptop), in each of these locations the file should be UNCOPYABLE just readable (otherwise BOB won't have 5 'lives' of the file, but 5! and we don't want that.)
* Despite the file being only readable and not copyable from source to source, BOB should be able to move it between folders and locations of a given device.
Deadline is flexible.
