Digital Audio Workstation Software for Kids

I'm looking for someone to develop a simple drag 'n drop digital audio workstation software for kids ages 8+. I need the software to be an extremely simplified version of FL Studios, incorporating only the most basic functions (built in sound library with the ability to import sounds, change tempo, pitch and volume, add audio from computer microphone or actual microphone, etc). I need the tracks itself to be visually large with big, simple buttons that are easy for kids to understand and use. It needs to work on Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7/8/10 (32-bit or 64-bit versions). It is important that the software has the ability to import music from a midi hardware device and vice versa. I will provide a layout of how I want the program to look and function as well as provide the graphics.
