Cycler Script

I am looking for some one to write a script for a Fully Automated CYCLING PROGRAM with home page. The program will be a multiple re-entry cycler from each cycle. There will be about 6-7 cycles matrix each, re entering each other. Cycle 1 matrix 1 2 4 8 Cycle 2 matrix 1 2 4 The other cycles 3,4,5,6,7 will be as Cycle 2 All payments to processors must be automatic as soon as some one cycles and re-enters another cycle. All payment systems must be 100% secure so that no one can manipulate in any way. NOTE: EACH PAYMENT MUST BE RECOGNIZED INDIVIDUALLY, MEANING THAT A USER MUST NOT BE ABLE TO PAY ONCE AND THEN MANIPULATE THE SCRIPT TO ORDER AND NOT PAY FOR SPOTS. USERS MUST NOT BE ABLE TO MANIPULATE THE SCRIPT USING JAVASCRIPT OR ANY OTHER METHOD IN ORDER TO CHANGE THE PAYMENT AMOUNT OR MODIFY THE NORMAL OPERATION OF THE SCRIPT IN ANY WAY.
