Concatenate Column Values from Multiple Rows into a Single Column with Access

I have 1 table in database which has some values in different columns.
Based on invoice number I need to merge data to single row
to explain in simple words for example if row 1 invoice number is 101 which says description "shirts" and row 2 invoice is same that is 101 which says description "pants" than this all has to be merge like desc1, desc2 rate1 rate 2 in new table
Likewise there are 25 fields x 50 rows = 1250 new entries which will be created everytime when report will be generated.
Finally this has to be exported in excel.
Fairly it's easy and many documentations are avaialble, example are with code sample
