Build a job application app in android

I would like request the design and development of a job application app The application will have 2 types of user: Employee - Registration via email, google, facebook - search jobs list all active jobs based on filter - Apply job - Chat with employer - Update profile - Push notifications when new job available, shortlisted. - Report spammer. - User is updated as not selected if no reply after configurable time e.g 24, 72h. Can re-apply if needed. Employer - Registration using email, google, facebook, Phone number verification via SMS code. - Post a job. Job is online for x days. - View list of jobs posted - For each Job posted - View list of candidates/profile that have applied for job and - Shortlist / reject candidates - Chat - Close Job when candidate found - Update profile - Report spammer. - push notification when new application received. - Premium features - there features requirement payment Chat is free only to first xx applicants that employee decides to contact.
