I'm needing someone who are expert in data mining or machine learning to enter that dataset into WEKA readable file format and run 5 classifier on the data sets. Interpret and analyse the results which is obtained.

I can do this. I have experience in data mining with WEKA. I have published 2 research papers on the same. but dataset for this is not present in the attachment.
