1. Introduction ADA recovery Branch receives different Input from Agency centralized reporting team. This is then tracked and updated by the branch. The Task mention above is being done manually in Excel sheets which make it difficult to manage and Generate required reports. Hence a requirement to create software which can provide a single window interface to manage all recovery related transactions. 1.1 Purpose Software will help SIMS team to check and track progress account assigned to their team. It will be an online solution which will track a recovery account from beginning till the end. It will provide a Reporting Structure to generate generalized reports. 1.2 Scope SIMS Recovery project automation will perform the following task. 1) Import required data containing recovery details from data received through Agency internal Reporting structure. 2) Once data is imported provide a system to manage and updated day to day transaction. 3) Will provide a mechanism to generate reports which are required in timely manner by the SIMS. 4) Also provide a provision to generate Ad-hoc reports required by SIMS 5) Will provide a logging mechanism to log any update done to the system SIMS will benefit from it in following way 1) Online update of any transaction being done 2) Continuous monitoring of Recovery status of each level of management. 3) Report Structure be formalized 4) Manual intervention will be at the minimum so that error can be brought down. 5) Redundancy and wrong update will be track 6) Any major deviation in process will be highlighted as soon as it occurs.
