I managed a Serviced office business whereby I have tenants who rent office space from me. I currently provide telephony and efax services to them using Elastix system They can only use elastix with Yealink phone to make & receive calls and also using SIP to connect i am looking into expanding the range of telephony services that i can provide for them. please read the attach files for more details on what i want to achieve through this project

It is a complete custom PBX but it does not contain some of your required functions like invoices, billing, reseller .... etc All I want to say is, I have a custom PBX that can be customized to fulfill your requirements that it have and that it does not have. I can develop this custom pbx. Kindly contact me and lets discuss the possible approaches we can go about implementing this. We can use asterisk/freeswitch with a softphone like pjsip.
