Custom CRM Package
This CRM package needs to be hosted on our website. It needs the ability to do the following below.
Data To Contain
Fist Name, Last Name, CRN Number, Account number (Automatic), Home Phone, Mobile Phone, Email, DOB, Street Number, Street, Suburb, Post Code, State, Centrelink Benefit, fortnightly Amount, Start Date, Duration (fortnights), Credit Card Number, CC Expiry, Postage tracking number, postage date
Data To Generate
- Client Status once the payments finish, client automatically goes to finished.
- Client Owing ( Fort nights since start * Payments)
- Client Paid ( Fort night since start * Payments – Client Owing)
- Application Forms, Centrelink Application form + Contract + CC Auth Form
- Combine Income (All Clients * Client Paid) Needs to be able to YTD and custom date formats etc
- Combine Owing (All Clients * Client Owing) Needs to be able to YTD and custom date formats etc
- Reporting of different packages, how many of each, etc
- Reporting of new clients, by week, month, year,
- Reporting Number of clients by status
- Each time a lead changed status, a date is automatically put next to that.

Our Work Flow.
1. Client rings up, We take information and put into the system. Client status = "New Lead"
2. We print paperwork which is automatically generated by the software. Client status = "Paperwork Sent"
3/4. Client send pack paperwork signed, without payments setup. Client status = "Paperwork received, payments not started"
- Or -
3/4 Client had started payments and paperwork has not been received. Client status = "Payments started, paperwork not received"
5. Once paperwork is received and payments have started, the status goes to "Awaiting postage"
6. We the post the item, and change status to "Posted" a tracking number will then be put into the system, with a date next to it.
We also need the status Finished, Finished not wanting another PC, Cancelled,
Attachments.
I have attached two files.
One is a little mock up of the interface. This is in windows, but it can be in any interface. Online, Web, Local or .net etc. You choose and reason which is the best.
The other is 1 page of contract which needs to be automatically completed. I have as well. It will need to be correctly formatted and printed on A4 paper.
