I am a house designer using Chief Architect 3D
I need a draftsman using CAD to take my Chief Architect design and convert into full set of working drawings
I can provide in DXF. format if you do not have Chief Architect
I provide you with the land / survey and contour survey
You provide a full set of working drawings, including all elevations and placement of house on the survey and send back.
I have already completed the design (s)
You need to adjust the roof line if necessary or change roof line for different designs
Provide if necessary different facades
Place each elevation onto the working drawing sheets
Please outline experience, cost
This is easy work for someone who will be getting the completed designs.
There will be regular ongoing work once sales start to pick up.
Part Two
I also have a range of designs that need facade options, and can work on if you can provide great facades, and they sell to my builders clients, then I will pay for each design sold ongoing fee, plus the drafting fee.
