We are seeking a software engineer who has a strong windows development experience coupled with the mobile development for today's mobile device. The ideal candidate will work with our team to develop a Windows GUI application and an Android APK that will communicate and transfers configuration data between the device via USB OTG cable. An example of what we are trying accomplish. 1. User connects their android phone to the PC via USB OTG cable 2. Windows install the USB driver for the phone/tablet and launches the Windows GUI App 3. The Phone Settings such as time zone and current time is transfer to the Window. 4. User can then modify and change to a new time zone and date on the Windows machine. 5. Once the user click save, the new time zone and time is send back to the phone/tablet via the USB cable. 6. User disconnect the phone and the new date and time is shown on the phone. The ideal candidate will also need to have his own android device along with the PC. The windows GUI app will need to support Windows Vista/7/8..

i am little confused why you specify to use USB OTG cable, you can not use that cable to connect the android to your PC, so that it can not tell who us the host. I am thinking about you just want to change the settings via PC, right ? I am the individual professional developer in Android platform, and have more than 5 years experience on this platform.
