Create membership site for free safelists.

Need membership site that shows people links to common large FREE safelists for their marketing. Can also include links to other FREE mailers and advertising resources. The resources linked to can include PRO or upgraded options, but the Free option must be a great resource for advertising. You will need to do research to determine which safelists to include on the site. I want it to be fairly extensive, but also simple enough for people to find beneficial. I will provide some links of ones I want to include, and my referral urls to some traffic programs to be inculded, but would require you to do the bulk of the research otherwise. The site requires a fairly simple admin panel for account maintenance, site update with links to new resources, automatic emailing of members, banner inclusion/rotations, and selling of advertising spots or use of adbrite links. I plan to use clickbank for selling memberships, so the site must have a way to have automatic account creation just after Clickbank payment occurs.
