Craigslist Flagging - IP address - proxy

Hello, We are in need of some assistance in flagging ads that violate the terms of service of Craigslist.org. Let me be very clear we are only flagging ads that very clearly violate the TOS, nothing more. We have flagged these ads as have other people but they still remain present. These ads are advertising goods that are not geographically located in the city that they are listed, nor is the seller located in that area. I don't know the most efficient way of doing this in order to pay you. I am open to suggestions. It may be easiest for me to send an email to you that contains the ads and you will flag them. I will only be able to pay if the ads are removed. This will likely involve changing IP addresses or working with Proxy's. Or if you can write me a script that will do this that would work also. For the record we have contacted Craigslist on this issue several times and they have done nothing.
