Bluetooth Connection between Mobile and PC

I will connect a mobile phone (Nokia, HTC, iPhone, Samsung, etc) to a Windows XP, 7 PC through bluetooth connection.

I need 2 x DLL to be written to allow our [url removed, login to view] program to do the following:-

1 When there is an incoming call, the caller ID of the caller is passed to the PC through bluetooth. Our [url removed, login to view] program will be able to get the caller ID immediately and do the necessary action.

2 When an incoming or outgoing call is connected, the audio is streamed to the PC through bluetooth. Our [url removed, login to view] program will be able to record the phone call into some audio file format.

Item 1 is definitely required. Item 2 is good to have if possible.

Please indicate whether you can do item 1 or both when quoting.
