I need a recipe for formulation of carrier oils

Dear Sir or Madam, I have PhD in chemistry. I was running R&D lab in household chemistry and cosmetics for over a year. Later I was working as team leader in medicinal chemistry lab. Currently I work as freelancer providing articles, reviews and know-how from the fields like biology, chemistry and medicine. My main field of expertise are cosmetic and supplement formulations.
